TORTILLA SOUP RANCH-STYLE
In large stock pot sauté….
2 tbs. oil
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped yellow onion
1 tbs. chopped garlic
1 4oz can diced green chili peppers
1 can cut diced tomatoes with jalapeño peppers
1 bag frozen white corn (thawed)
Add
8-10 cups chicken broth
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
3 cups chicken breast
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
Simmer on low for 45 - 60 minutes while stirring
occasionally
Use to top:
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Avocado
cilantro
