RED BULL RANCH BANANA BOATS

Banana Boats are easy to make and Kids love them.

Get as many bananas as you need. Each banana serves 1.

Slice each Banana the long way on the inside of the curve. Only cut through the peel.

Pull the peel back slightly and stuff with small marsh mellows and chocolate chips. You can add other topping too. Crushed nuts, caramel chips, or peppermint chips all work well.

Wrap each banana in foil.

Place on the barbeque (indirect heat or low heat works best).

Let the banana boat warm up until the marsh mellows and chocolate chips have melted. Depending on your fire you may have to rotate the banana boat to get everything to melt.

Remove from barbeque and serve with a spoon.
