RANCH-STYLE DUCK Here is a quick and easy duck recipe that is always a great appetizer. Get 2 to 4 duck breasts and cut them up into 1.5 inch chunks. Marinade the duck breast chunks in your favorite teriyaki sauce for about 30 minutes. Remove from marinade. On each chunk put a jalapeƱo slice and wrap in beacon. Use a tooth pick to hold it all together. Once you have them all done just put them on the barbeque. Low heat or indirect heat works best. You can cover the grill or leave it open. Cooking will take about 10 minutes. But do not leave the grill. You will have to move the duck around to avoid flare ups. Remove from grill. Place on platter and serve. Enjoy. |
