BEER BOILED BRATS 2 dozen brats 6 bottles good flavorful beer Good buns or hoagie rolls. Optional condiments: Place first 6 ingredients in large oversized stock pot. Pour in beer. Pour chicken broth to cover 2-3 inches above brats. Bring to boil then lower to simmer for 30 minutes. Brats can be kept warm with a low simmer or turn flame off and leave brats in warm beer mixture. |
